COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTION DETAILS

By entering the “Win the Ultimate Dine & Stay” competition (Promotion), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoters are:

• paper mâché, Sunshine Coast, QLD

• The Kin Kin Hotel, Kin Kin, QLD

The Promotion commences on Wednesday 17 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 13 January 2026.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

HOW TO ENTER

1. To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must:

   • Subscribe to the paper mâché newsletter via the official competition landing page, and

   • Follow @thekinkinhotel, @thewoodshed_kinkin and @papermachemag on Instagram.

2. Entrants may receive one bonus entry by tagging the people they would bring along in the official competition post on Instagram.

3. A maximum of one standard entry and one bonus entry per person is permitted.

4. Entries must be submitted in the entrant’s own name. The use of false information, multiple identities or automated entry software may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Promoters.

5. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

PRIZE DETAILS

There will be one (1) winner, selected at random.

The prize includes:

• Two (2) one-night stays for four (4) adults at The Kin Kin Hotel, including accommodation and a welcome drink on arrival

• A seven-course seasonal degustation at The Woodshed for four (4) adults

• A Farmhouse-style shared breakfast for four (4) guests

The prize is available on Friday evenings only. Wine is not included.

Flights and transport are not included. The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel.

The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates and is not available during school holidays.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

DRAW AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 14 January 2026.

The winner will be notified by email and announced via the paper mâché email newsletter and social media channels.

If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

• The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified

• Bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with The Kin Kin Hotel

• Blackout dates apply

• The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer

PRIVACY AND DATA USE

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their name and email address being added to the marketing databases of paper mâché and The Kin Kin Hotel.

The Promoters may use entrant information for marketing communications, newsletters, promotional offers and updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws and each Promoter’s privacy policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion if circumstances beyond their control arise.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be resolved at the discretion of the Promoters.
