PROMOTION DETAILS
By entering the “Rainforest Escape for You & Your Bestie” competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 20th August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.
The Promotion is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over.
HOW TO ENTER
2. To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must:
- Subscribe to the paper mâché newsletter via the official competition landing page; and

3. Multiple entries are not permitted. One valid entry and one bonus entry maximum per person.
4. Entrants may only enter in their own name. The use of false details, multiple identities or automatic software may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Promoters.
5. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
PRIZE DETAILS
There will be one (1) winner selected at random.
The prize includes:
A 2-night luxury stay for four (4) at Crystalbrook Byron, including rainforest suite accommodation and daily breakfast
A Distillery Tour at Cape Byron Distillery for four (4) people, including a guided rainforest walk and tasting experience

Please note: Flights and transport to Byron Bay are not included. The winner will be responsible for arranging their own travel.
Total prize value: Estimated at approximately AUD $3,000, including GST.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The prize must be claimed within 7 days of being notified and is valid for use within 12 months, subject to availability and blackout dates.
DRAW & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be drawn at 11:00am AEST on Wednesday 3 September 2025.
The winner will be notified via email and announced via the paper mâché email newsletter and social channels.
If the winner does not claim the prize by Wednesday 10 September 2025, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw.

- By entering this competition, entrants agree to have their name and email address added to the paper mâché, Cape Byron Distillery, and Crystalbrook Collection marketing databases.
- Both Promoters may use entrant information for marketing communications, newsletters, promotional offers, and updates. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
- Entrants’ data will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws and the privacy policies of the respective Promoters.
